Requirements

• HOURS/SCHEDULING
• Normal receiving hours are 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
• Alternative receiving hours can be arranged. Contact your Mailbox Merchants Sales or Client Services associate for details.

• BILL OF LADING
A separate Bill of Lading (BOL) stamped "Prepaid" must accompany each truckload and contain the following information:
• Printer Name, Contact Person, & Phone Number
• Trucking Company
• Customer & Promotion Name
• Number of skids

• PAYMENT
Mailbox Merchants will not accept COD shipments —all payments must be arranged in advance through credit or prepayment.

• REFUSAL OF SHIPMENT
Mailbox Merchants reserves the right to refuse any shippment if the trailer is unsafe for loading, or copy is not packaged in appropriate manner.

Mailbox Merchants produces shared mail out of two facilities. All markets located in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Arizona and Eureka CA. are produced at our Portland Oregon Facility.
