Drag and drop files onto the 'Drop-Off' folder icon. Do not attempt
to open the folder, as this may invalidate "access privileges".

*For PC access open 'My Computer' and type the ftp address into the address field.
For Mac access you will need to use ftp software like Cyberduck or Fetch.

It is recommended that files be placed into a folder and compressed before uploading.
File names cannot exceed 28 characters (including the file extension)
and cannot contain any illegal characters such as \ / : * ? " < > |
